Hi, my name is Rihards Gaitnieks and I am a passionate designer. A designer is a person who imagines how something could be made, or what it would look like, and makes plans for it. This definition of designer found on Google lacks a thing - it ends with nothing. Nothing happens after imagination and creation of a plan. Okay, designer is somebody that comes up with the plan, or as I like to place it - makes choices on it. But what about the execution? And what is the plan?

My plan is to be a great designer - make great choices. Every one of us is a designer of our own timeline, we are the one who imagines how something could be made and what it would look like and we make plans for it, or we don't, no matter the case eventually we all arrive to having what we have planned for. Therefore it is crucial to make the plans right and to be a great designer.

The word "aesthetics" in the tile stands for the plan or the design. "Money" on the other hand is all about the execution. Plan alone is not enough, design alone is rarely enough. The same applies to the capital. This small handbook should be a way to rationalize both things together. Providing a guide on how to capitalize on esthetics, without losing love for the beautiful and the other way around, how to add aesthetics to a money-driven entity.

I am a designer specializing in branding and product design experience. I create intuitive, continuous and satisfying designs. I am passionate about future aesthetics and artificial intelligence.

I am a passionate visual and product designer. My professional development consists of work done in multiple design industries, from purely graphic-oriented designs to experience-related everyday-use products in industrial and digital fields.

My career history involves, first of all, design-driven business projects done on my own and freelance design for public institutions as well as diverse design projects in the private sector. I've also worked in a leading consulting agency in Baltics as a visual and UI/UX designer with excellent feedback as a designer. I believe that our impulsive world needs aesthetics more than ever, no matter the cost. Therefore I create a design that is intuitive, satisfying and convenient.
